                                                          ~Application Process~

 

 

 

The Washington DC Joint Plumbing Apprenticeship Committee receives applications for the apprenticeship program:The first Tuesday of October, January, April, and July from 7:00am to 12:00 Noon . Applications must be limited to the first 40 persons in line, or 3:30 PM, whichever comes first. Applications must be made in person at the UAM campus, 8509 Ardwick Ardmore Rd., Landover, Maryland, 20785.


Requirements for Plumbing Applicants:  
Minimum age 18 at the time of application
High School Diploma or GED
Presentation of the following documents at time of application:
           Birth Certificate or Passport
           Valid Drivers License or valid state issued ID card
           High School Diploma or GED Certificate
           Transcript of grades (sealed school envelope or raised                school seal) or GED test scores
If you have a transcript from another country, you must have     your Embassy verify in writing that it is equivalent to U.S. high     school standards.


You must have all of the application-required documents with you at the time of application along with a $20.00 appkication fee payable by cash or money order.
